INGREDIENTS:
coriander leaves: 3-4 stalks and leaves
Curry leaves: 1 sprig
Ash gourd: 1 inch (half)
A sprig each of rama tulsi and krishna tulsi
Mint leaves: 3-4 stalks
Phiri phiri chilli: 2
Carrots: 3
Ivy gourd: 3-5
Bitter gourd: 1/2
Snake gourd : 1/2
Cucumber: 1
Radish: 3
celery; 1 stalk
Beetroot: 1/2 of a medium
Lemon
Mint leaves

Note that you can increase or decrease veggies according to availability.
I forgot to show beetroot in the video, use half of a medium sized beetroot.
This will give about 3 glass juice, have this on empty stomach in the morning and you will notice great difference in your body weight and overall wellness.
