Get Rid Of Mommy Tummy: Workout To Lose Postpartum Belly
We have a lot of mommy followers in our channel and most, if not all, have been waiting for an exercise like this! Almost everyday I receive questions and comments on uploading a post-partum exercise–so now here we go!
This workout is quite intensive and lasts for 16mins. It involves exercises that will require you to use your entire body so you would need to be really fit to do this. That means you need your doctor to sign this off and approve this exercise for you before you proceed!
You can do this workout at least 3-4x a week if ever you find it hard to do everyday. Just make sure to be physically prepared and do a warm-up before you start. Good luck and let’s begin!❤️?
