Anda Malai Kofta is a very popular Indian non-vegetarian dish were balls (kofta) made of Boiled Eggs and paneer are deep-fried and served with a creamy and spiced tomato- Onion based curry. It tastes awesome. You can serve it at lunch or dinner both.
Serves – 4 People
Ingredients –
For Egg Kofta-
– 6 Boiled Eggs (grated)
– 75-100gms Cottage Cheese (grated)
– 2Green Chillies (finely chopped)
– 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– Mint leaves (finely chopped)
– Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
– 1/4 cup Corn Flour
– Salt
– 1 egg
– Corn flour
– Oil for frying
For Gravy
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 2 Tbsp Ghee
– 3 Onions (sliced)
– 1 tsp Salt
– 4 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
– 1 inch Ginger (chopped)
– 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
– 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
– 3 Tomatoes (sliced)
– 2 cups Water
– 1 Tbsp Oil
– 2 Tbsp ghee
– 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
– 2 cups of Water
– Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
– 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Powder (roasted)
– 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
– 1/4 cup Cream
For Garnish
