# Steps for the Scary Halloween Makeup:-
• Start off with applying a concealer and foundation on the face. This will help to conceal any uneven spots on the face and give a smooth base to work on.
• Use a Dior fiber synthetic brush to apply the foundation and blend it evenly all over the face.
• Use a white color powder on the face. Ensure the white powder is super white to get the effect right and add a spookiness to the makeup.
• Use a black eye pencil, start from the inner side of the eyebrow and continue till the entire brow and curve it slightly on the outer corner.
• Pulling the same line around the eyes and join the outer corner.
• Fill up the entire eye with the black color.
• You can also use a gel eyeliner instead of the pencil.
• Make sure you fill up the entire eye area with the same color.
• Repeat the same thing on the other eye.
• Make a line from the temples of the forehead and join it on the eye.
• To intensify the black color around the eyes, you can use a black eye shadow with the help of a flat brush blend in the color well.
• Use a gel eyeliner by Maybelline and a pointed brush to line the lips. Start off by making vertical lines on the upper lip.
• Repeat the same on the lower lip.
• On the outer corner of the lip make a line and slightly extend it out.
• Repeat the same line on the other side as well.
• You continue the vertical lines on the outer corner of the lip.
• Fill up the center of the lip with the same gel eyeliner.
