Recipes Ingredients:
Paneer – 200g
Maida – 2-3 tbsp
Corn Starch – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry + 2 tbs[
Cashewnuts – 2 tbsp chopped
Red Chilli Dry Whole – chopped 3 pieces
Garlic – 2 tbsp chopped
Schezwan Sauce – 2 ½ tbsp
Onion – 1 sliced
Green chilli – 2-3 slit
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp(if kashmiri, otherwise ¼ tsp)
Coriander fresh – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Capsicum – 1 cup (coloful would be great!)
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp(else 1 tbsp ketchup, + 1 tsp sugar)
Red Food Color – only for same red color optional
Water – ½ cup
Corn Starch – 1 tbsp
