Do you feel like a fraud? Signs You May Have Impostor Syndrome

Impostor syndrome or phenomenon is a pervasive sense of self-doubt, fraudulence, or insecurity – even when there’s no reason to feel that way. It’s estimated that approximately 70% of people experience the imposter syndrome at least once in their life. It usually strikes after accomplishing something notable. So if you’ve ever achieved something great, but felt like a fraud, or that you don’t deserve it, you are definitely not alone.

With that said, there are different types of impostor syndrome, and they affect people in different ways. This video explains each type, and provides some suggestions on how you can combat them.
