⅓ cup Chana Dal
1 tsp Methi Seeds / Fenugreek
For aloo masala
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Ginger – ½ inch
Green chilli – 2-3
Onion – sliced
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Boiled Potatoes – 5
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander – 1 tbsp
After Fermentation, to cook
Salt – as per taste
Oil – to roast dosas
