How to Make Chilli Paneer Ingredients:
Paneer – 200g
Oil – to coat(1 tsp) + 1 tsp to cook
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
White pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Haldi – ⅛ tsp
For Chilly Paneer Gravy –
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Garlic – 3-4 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch
Green Chilli – 5 or 6 slit
Onion Shells – 1
Capsicum – 1 small diced
Spring Onion Whites – handful
Salt – to taste
Schezwan Sauce – 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Flavoring Salt / MSG – 1 pinch (optional)
Spring Onion Greens – 2 tbsp
Tomato Cubes – deseeded 1 small
Water – 1 ½ cup
Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
