Ingredients :
For Marinating Chicken
– 1 Tbsp Oil
– 1 tsp mustard Seeds
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
– 1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic (crushed)
– 1 tsp Green Chillies (crushed)
– 10-12 Curry Leaves
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
– 250 Gms Chicken (minced)
– Salt (as required)
For Making Batter
– 1 cup Gram Flour
– Salt
– Water
– Oil for deep frying
