Ingredients:
1 tsp Extra Virgin olive oil
1 Red onion , chopped
1 tsp Ginger
1 Celery Stalk
1 Carrot (chopped)
50 gms Green Peas
1 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
1 ltr Chicken Stock
200gms Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
4 Thyme sprigs
Salt
Method:
First, Heat up the kadai add Extra Virgin olive oil, Ginger, saute for 10 to 12 seconds, Celery Stalk, Red onion (chopped), Carrot (chopped), Green Peas, Brown Rice (cooked), 1 ltr Chicken Stock, let it boiled a bit. Now add Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded), Black Pepper (crushed), Thyme sprigs & Finally salt for the taste.
Now let it cook and your healthy Chicken & Rice Soup is ready to be served.
