Learn how to make Chicken Samosas at home with Chef Neha Naik on Get Curried.
A popular snack, Chicken Samosa is a variation of the Crispy samosa recipe. This chicken recipe is amazingly delicious and best enjoyed with a Tomato sauce or chutney. Do give this snack recipe a try and share your comments with us in the comments below.
Ingredients:
Chicken minced/shredded/diced, 200 gms
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp Garam masala
½ tsp black pepper, Ground
1 tsp Chicken Masala
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
½ tbsp Green chilli paste
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
More chicken masala if required
¼ cup Coriander, finely chopped
Salt to taste
10 Samosa patti
1 tbsp Flour
Water, to make flour paste
Method of preparation:
For Filling:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and once it changes color, add tomato,
Chilli powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, chicken masala, black pepper, mix well.
Add chicken to the mixture, salt, green chilli paste, giner-garlic paste, mix well.
Add coriander leaves, mix well and let the chicken cook for 2-3 minutes.
Our Chicken Filling is ready, switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool down.
Sealing paste:
In a small bowl of maida add water and make a paste.
For Samosa:
Take a ready-made samosa patti and in one corner add some stuffing.
Start rolling the patti tightly and ensure that the filling doesn’t come out.
When you see the last open – end apply some paste and seal it.
Similarly, prepare more samosa’s in the same way.
Heat some oil in a vessel, add the prepared samosa inside it and fry them till they turn golden-brown.
