These crispy chicken poppers are a delicious snack or dinner that is easy to prepare. What is great about these chicken poppers is that they are baked in the oven and not fried. The poppers are crispy because they are rolled in cornflakes. This recipe gets even better with the parmesan-ranch dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
300 gms Boneless Chicken (chopped)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
All-Purpose Flour (maida)
Oil
For Honey Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
For Honey Mustard sauce
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 tbsp Honey
Method: Let’s start with the Boneless Chicken (chopped) cubes and put them in the bowl, in which add Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Chilli Powder & Salt. Next, mix it properly together.
Next, add two Eggs in the separate bowl and whisk it properly.
Heat up the Oil, and in meantime start coating the chicken with All-Purpose Flour (maida) then with Egg mixture, All-Purpose Flour (maida) and keep it aside in the plate. Do the same with all the Chicken piece cubes. Next, deep fry the Chicken Cubes in the Oil ( as shown in the video).
Now, let’s make honey chili sauce for which add Butter to the Pan then add Chilli sauce, Honey then mix it all together. Next, toss the half of the Chicken Poppers into the Pan with Honey Chili Sauce, and coat them properly.
Now for the second sauce which is Honey Mustard Sauce add Butter in the Pan then add Whole Grain Mustard, Honey again mix all together properly and then Add all the remaining Chicken Poppers into the Pan. Now coat them nicely and your Chicken Poppers 2 ways is ready to serve.
