Chicken Jali kabab is the most delicious item from a traditional wedding! Most of the shahi items have a different test and needs many ingredients to prepare! But this Jali kebab needs just a few ingredients to prepare and a few minutes to cook!

Ingredients –
Serves – 4
– 500 Gms Chicken (Minced)
– 2 Bread Slices (soaked)
– 1 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
– 2-3 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
– 3/4 cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 1/2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
– Salt
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
– Corn Flour
– 2 Eggs
– Salt
– Black pepper powder
– Oil for frying
