Chicken Biriyani Recipe – How To Make EASY Chicken Biriyani In Pressure Cooker – Bachelor Recipes
bachelor special cooker biriyani, chicken biriyani in pressure cooker is an easy way to make biriyani – its basically a one pot meal which means only the pressure cooker is required to make this tasty and healthy chicken biriyani. A quick biriyani which can be easily made by bachelors and beginners. Healthy cooking is all about using good quality oil .
Ingredients:
BIRIYANI MASALA (HOMEMADE)
saunf, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, cardamons
GREEN MASALA:
Green chilies, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves
2 cups basmati rice
4 cups water
10 cashew nuts, 2 tbsp raisins
TADKA:
cardamoms, mace, cloves, cinnamon.
2 onions, 2 tomatos, 2 tbsp wood pressed ground nut oil or desi ghee
1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder
Pink Himalayan Salt as needed
Adjust green chilies and chilli powder to suit your taste.
