Poha / Flattened Rice – 1/2 cup
Water – to wash
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4 cloves chopped
Green Chilli – 2 chopped
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1 small
Carrot – 1/2 small, chopped
French Beans – 3 chopped
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Amchoor Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Potatoes – 5-6 medium, boiled & peeled
Cheese Cubes – 2-3 (25g each)
For Coating –
Corn Flour – 1/2 cup
Maida – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – to make batter
Corn Flakes – 2-3 cups
For Dressing:
Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
To Prepare Burger –
Burger Buns – 5-6
Oil – to fry patty
Butter – to toast buns
Cheese Slices – 5-6
Lettuce / Cabbage – roughly broken, soaked in ice water
Onion Slices – 1 medium onion
