Ingredients:
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
100 gms Button Mushrooms (sliced)
Chicken Breast
Salt & Black pepper powder
Oil (for grilled Pan)
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Method: First, lets add Oil in the pan and heat up the Oil and then add Garlic (minced), Chilli Flakes saute for few seconds. Then add Button Mushrooms (sliced), toss the mushrooms with garlic mixture perfectly. While the Mushrooms is cooling, Flatten the breast chicken (as shown in the video). Now as the Mushrooms is Cooled down add Salt & Black pepper powder and mix them well.
Now for cooking the chicken add Oil to Grill Pan on medium heat. In the meantime lets stuff the chicken breast, first add Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Mushrooms and top it with Mozzarella Cheese (shredded), then seal the chicken breast (as shown in the video). Now cook the Cheese & Mushroom Stuffed Chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Don’t forget to season it on the outside as well with Salt & Black Pepper Powder. Let it rest for 3 minutes and now your Cheese & Mushroom Stuffed Chicken is ready to be served.
