Ingredients for Popcorn 2 Ways –
Makes 2 Large Bowls
Popcorn Kernels – 1/2 cup
Oil – 3 tbsp
For Caramel Popcorn 1 bowl:
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp baking soda
For Masala Popcorn – 1 bowl
1 1/2 tsp chat masala
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dried mint / pudina powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional, makes soggy!)
