Ingredients:
Veggie Marinate: Dahi / Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red chili Powder – 1 tsp
Biryani masala – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Green chili – 3
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
Mint – 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Veggies and Paneer – 1 1/2 to 2 cup total
For Rice:
Water – 6-7 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 – 2 tbsp
Basmati Rice – 2 1/2 cup (soaked for 30 mins)
For Assembling:
Ghee – 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cashewnuts – 3 tbsp
Green Cardamom – 3-4
Cloves – 3-4 pods
Cinnamon – 1′
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Birista / Fried Onion – 6-7 tbsp
Dahi – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Saffron – 1 pinch (soaked in hot water)
