ingredients:
400 gms banana
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup jaggery (other options are coconut sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp flaxmeal
1/2 curd/yogurt
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

Use ripe banana with black spots, they will be more sweet.
can use any unrefined oil like olive oil instead of virgin coconut oil
I have already shared virgin coconut oil recipe, pls check my channel for the recipe.
Instead of jaggery, you can use coconut sugar, palm sugar, maple syrup, cane sugar etc.
Do not use honey as honey should not be heated according to ayurveda.
I used whole wheat flour – what i do is I buy whole wheat grains and then wash and sun dry and give it to the local mill to powder. I do not use store bought atta as it may contain added gluten
