1 daily 30 mins of excersise and 30 min of yoga and meditation
2 start taking good fats and stop bad fat intake
3 at least one day fasting in a week
4 avoid white sugar or processed sugar
5 dink 4 liters of water daily
it’s very important to drink water after you wake up in morning . if you are having Apple cider vinegaror Turmeric water or coriander seeds water in morning this will work too
6 good sleep is very important
