To Make Chicken 65
300 Gms Boneless Chicken (cubes)
3 Tbsp Yogurt
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
8-10 Curry Leaves (dried & chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
Salt
3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
2-3 Tbsp Rice Flour
Oil for deep frying
1 Tbsp Oil
4-5 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
– 2 Green Chillies (slit)
– 8 -10 Curry Leaves
– 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns (crushed)
To Make Egg Fried Rice
– 1/2 tbsp Oil
– 1 Egg (whisked and Flavoured salt & pepper)
– 1 tbsp oil
– 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
– 1 tsp Ginger ( minced)
– 2 Spring Onion Bulbs (sliced)
– 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
– Salt
– 1 tsp Soy Sauce
– 4 Cups Cooked Rice (leftover)
– 1 Tbsp Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
– 1/4 tsp Vinegar
