– 1 Spring Onion White (chopped)
– 1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
– 1/2 tsp Garlic (minced)
– Oil For frying
– 1 tbsp Cornflour
– 1 tbsp Water
– 2 -3 tbsp Oil
– 3 tbsp Garlic (minced)
– 1 tbsp Ginger (Minced)
– 3 Green Chilies (Slit)
– 1 Spring Onion White (Sliced)
– 1 Capsicum (chopped)
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 1 Cup Vegetable Stock
– 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
– 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
– Salt
