Ingredients –
(serves 4 )
– 4 Cup Chicken Stock
– 3 tbsp Cumin Seeds
– 2 inch Ginger
– 3 tbsp Black Peppercorns
– 6 Red Chillies
– 6 Garlic Cloves
– 6 Green Cardamom
– 6 Black Cardamom
– 5 Stick Cinnamon
– 4 Cloves
– Salt
For Seekh Kebab Masala
– 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
– 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
– 2 tbsp Bengal Gram Dal
– 1 tbsp Black Pepper
– 1 tbsp Garam Masala
– 2 tsp Red chilli Powder
– 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
– Mace Strands
For Kebab Mixture
– 450 gms Chicken Breast
– Onion (Fried)
– 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
– 1 tsp Ginger Paste
– 4 tbsp Seekh kebab Masala
– 1 1/2 tsp Salt
– Oil
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 2 Bay Leaf
– 1 Onion (sliced)
– 1/2 cup Green Peas
– 3 tsp Garam Masala
– 3 tsp Ginger Paste
– 3 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1 Cup Basmati Rice
– 1 1/2 Cup
– Salt
– Ghee
