Ingredients:
1/2 Chicken (boneless)
1 cup Hung Curd
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Cashew Nut & Almond Paste
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Salt
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
1/2 Green Capsicum (Diced)
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Onion (Diced)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Butter
Method:
First cut your boneless Chicken into small cubes, to that Add Hung Curd, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder. To that add Cashew Nut & Almonds Paste with Fresh Cream added later. Add some salt, Lemon Juice. Mix them all together for marinate. Marinate the Chicken for 1 hour.
Now for cooking, Dice the Red Bell Pepper with Green Capsicum, Yellow Bell Pepper & Onion. Use wooden skewers for Skewering the chicken, do maintain the distance between Chicken and Vegetables. Now heat up the grill pan, pour Oil & butter in the pan.
Finally place your Chicken Kababs in the pan, turn them properly time to time. Cook them evenly on all side and now your Chicken Kebabs is ready to be served.
