ingredients:
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2-3 tsp green chutney
1 tsp oil free eggless mayonnaise (recipe link ?)
1 boiled egg
lettuce leaves
chaat masala, black pepper powder, pink salt as needed.

If making this sandwich for kids, use 1 tbsp mayo. For weight loss and weight management use 1 tsp.

Veg substitute for egg – paneer, just slice them and layer as i did with egg.
