7 Steps To Become More PRODUCTIVE
It is imperative that you strive to make every day as productive as possible because if you do so, there would be no doubt that you would end up as a very successful individual.
It would take a lot of effort, dedicated perseverance, undisturbed concentration, precise planning and prudent time management to achieve such high levels of efficiency every day, but if you try and persevere, you will find yourself achieving small amounts of success on a day to day basis.
It is often said that if we aim for the stars we would at least touch the clouds and that would be that would be quite an achievement! On the contrary if you do not aspire for the stars at all then you would still be on the ground.
Setting out to be productive would need you to try the following; and there are more which could help you in your quest, but at the end of the day, it is you who would have to look back and assess whether what you have achieved for the day is what you set out to do.

Plan your day well and before you leave home ensure that you are fit with a very good breakfast and sufficiently rejuvenated after the previous day’s events.

List out where you would start and where you intend to end. If not you could be wasting time going round in circles without any direction at all. Set a list of goals, and achieve them one by one.

Every chore for the day should be slotted with a time limit and it is imperative that you work towards it and ensure that you complete them on time, if not you could be stuck completing less during the day.
#4. Do not procrastinate
“Procrastination is the thief of time” hence what has to be done during a particular time period should be done and dusted, keeping it away would only keep it in abeyance because you would eventually need to complete it at some time or another.

If what you have set out to do needs to be requires change for some reason or another, do it. Don’t hesitate because it would hold back your other important chores.

Decisions need to be taken when needed. Not taking decisions is the worst thing anyone could do because after you take a decision, if you think it was wrong, you leave yourself with the option to decide again. Put your foot down, make a decision, and move forward. Achieve that goal.

Take breaks in between chores and replenish yourself, giving your mind its needed rest, because it would be impossible to bring a 100% output in productivity working from morning till night. Work hard for 2 hours, break for 15 minutes, rejuvenate, and repeat. You will be achieving your daily goals in no time.
