Bullying comes in all forms and ways, such as cyberbullying, verbal abuse, spreading rumors, and so on. Bullies don’t have criteria when it comes to people’s self-worth, they have a constant need to put others down. So it doesn’t matter what you do, who you are, where you come from, what you say or have, everyone is prone to becoming a victim of bullying. The good news is, the signs of bullying can be noticeable even in the early stages of oppression. By learning all these signs, we can become more aware of the situation and deal with it quicker.
