So we’ve been getting questions as to why the exercises are the same for most videos. That’s because the principle of losing fat and gaining muscles is correlated. In order for you to gain muscle weight (gain bust size, glutes, arms, thighs, etc.) you need first to lose excess fat in your body (weight loss) which will make you do roughly about the same body-weight routines. Now the result that you want, either to gain muscles or lose weight, depends on your current body size.
