5 Hidden Signs of Depression

Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. The signs of depression can include depressed mood most of the day, significant weight loss, fatigue or low energy, inability to think or concentrate, thoughts of suicide, etc. Hidden depression or concealed depression can be very hard to spot, because the most successful and functioning people can be oblivious to what’s going on with themselves. In this video, we bring to light some hidden signs of depression. However, be sure to consult a professional when getting properly diagnosed.
