If one eye is slightly bigger than the other, you will need a liner technique to make both of them look equal in size and shape. Use a black Kohl liner, from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, along the lash line. Draw the line wider at the outer corner of the uneven eye, to make it look the same as the other.
Eyeliner for Small Eyes:
To make small eyes appear wider, first apply a brownish gray colored eye shadow over the lid. Then use a black Kohl pencil along the lash line. Smudge it a bit with your fingers. Then add a bit of dark brown shadow, increasing the amount as you reach the outer corners. The result is stunning!
