Are you an overthinker? Here are some tell-tale signs you overthink everything! While being able to weigh options carefully is a useful skill, getting carried away with thinking too much can have adverse effects. Being indecisive and constantly worrying and overanalyzing everything can create negative thoughts and emotions and overwhelm your brain.

You are more likely to be an overthinker if you are a perfectionist or have some type of anxiety disorder. And it’s not something that can just be just turned off. Chronic overthinking is not really a conscious act, but more of a compulsive obsession.
