The rich sulfur content in onions stops hair fall, minimizes hair thinning, and nourishes hair follicles. Its antibacterial nature treats dandruff and other scalp infections while the antioxidants present in onion juice reverse premature graying of hair. For the hair oil I use black castor oil, you can use any other oil of your choice.
Use organic onion and wash it thoroughly before use. I love using onion juice as well as onion paste. However, when using an onion paste, small bits of onion can be left on your hair which will eventually fall off once your hair is dry. Store the onion juice or paste for a week in the refrigerator. To get rid of onion smell add essential oils to your onion juice or use a vinegar hair rinse – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLli2XHqmNY
If you want healthy hair, then stop using commercial shampoo. Use natural ingredients, herbal shampoo, or shampoo bar to wash your hair.
Caution – Kindly patch test if you have a sensitive scalp or allergic to any ingredients.
