Moong Dal Chilla :
Ingredients:
Moong Dal(soaked)- 1/2 cup
Onion -1/4 cup
Ginger – 1inch
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Pasta Recipe :
Boiled pasta – 1 cup
Onion -1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
French beans -1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Butter -2 tbsp
Mixed herbs -1/4 tsp
Oregano -1/4 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
Cheese (spread/grated)- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Potato Pancake :
Grated raw potatoes – 2 (large)
Wheat flour (atta)- 1/4 cup
Chilli flakes -1/4 tsp(optional)
Mixed herbs -1/4 tsp
Oregano -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Healthy Fried Rice:
Boiled/Cooked rice – 1 cup
Onion -1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
French beans -1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp(optional)
cashews -10 to 12
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee -2 tbsp
Healthy Paratha:
Wheat flour(atta)- 1 cup
Onion -1/4 cup(chopped)
Carrot -1/4 cup (grated)
Cabbage -1/4 cup(grated)
Carom seeds(Ajwain)- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Aloo Sandwich:
Bread slices -4
Boiled and mashed potatoes -2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Onion -1/4 cup
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
