Quick Paneer sabzi:
Paneer -100 gm
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Schezwan chutney -1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Besan ShimlaMirch:
Shimlamirch/capsicum(chopped)- 2
Gram flour (besan)- 1/3 cup
Fennel seeds(saunf) – 1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder -1/3 tsp
Dry mango powder (aamchur) -1/2 tsp
Cooking oil -3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Jeera Aloo:
Aloo (chopped)-2
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Crispy Bhindi Fry:
Bhindi/okra – 250 gm
Onion-1
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Dry mango powder -1/3 tsp
Aloo Gobi Matar:
Gobi- 1 cup

Green peas -1/4 cup
Onion-1
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
