Chole :
Chole (chickpeas)- 1.5 (soaked)
Onion- 3 (medium)
Tomato paste – 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
Black cardamon -1
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Chole Masala powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp

Pulao:
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Bay leaves -2
Star -1
Cloves(lavang) -2
Mace (javitri)
Black cardamom- 1
Green cardamom – 1
Raisins -1/4 cup
Cashews -1/4 cup
Carrot -1/4 cup
Green beans -1/4 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Rice Kheer –
Rice -1/2 cup
Milk – 2.25 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup
Raisins -1/4 cup
Cashews -1/4 cup
Saffron -1 pinch

Aloo Gobi Fry:
Potato -2
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
curry leaves
Green chilli -2
Ginger -1 inch
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil – 3 tbsp

Poori:
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt -1/4 tsp
Ghee -1 tbsp
