As a person gets older problems like back pain ect. Starts ,the real problem is our lifestyle changes as we get older, we get more sedentary and eat and drink more than when we were younger, but instead, we like to blame our obesity or ill health on our age. Biologically, however, we can look great into our seventies and there is no reason why we shouldn’t be in good shape and look good into our nineties.
