Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Biryani masala powder- 2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
Biryani essence – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
Curd -1/4 cup
