Gram flour (besan) – 1/4 cup
Green chillies – 2
Onion – 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry

Potatoes – 2
Gram flour (besan) – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp (optional)
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water – 1 to 2 tbsp
Cooking oil to fry
